Armed with cheese tray,
fruit tray,
muffins, crackers and pig in a blanket,
we began serving our guests in the tea room.
The birthday girl
and all of her guests
were most polite.
The bears and dolls took a rest
and platypus, the tea room mascot, watched over the proceedings,
from atop the fireplace.
To accommodate the sensitive palates of our guests, we served lemonade and apple cider. It met with much more approval than the tea at our last party.
While our guests dined, they were entertained by a top notch, professional entertainer.
They found him quite to their liking.
After the unique and one-of-a-kind entertainment was finished, they daintily sipped their tea
and nibbled their muffins.
