On the first day of school in 2013, this is what our classroom looked like:
All the kids gathered around Grandma Mary's table.
New crayons for all,
workbooks at the ready,
calendar books open,
Kindergartener working,
two year old creating,
baby napping,
daddy typing,
Grandpa constructing,
and after the first day excitement wore off approximately 10 minutes later, there were probably a lot less smiles.
