What's new with you?

At 17 months Theia, or pa pa peia, as she is often referred to in our home, is...

~tackling new words: milk (gilk), hat, baby (baaabee), and more.
~enjoying any jewelry she can get her hands on (note link-a-doo on arm in picture above), but especially beads
~putting items in baggies and carting them around the house, stopping to take them in and out or have me zip or unzip the baggie
~climbing into available laps to turn the pages of books as someone reads
~imitating almost anything Xandra does
~feeding herself oatmeal
~still giving kisses by sound whenever the word is mentioned
~feeding, burping and hugging baby dolls
~putting together sippy cups and trying to drink from them
~happy, happy, happy.

Theia carried this bottle of bubbles around for nearly an entire evening. Though the lid was tightly sealed she would frequently lift it to her lips as if to take a drink.
