Our last day at the farm, Joe decided to take the older girls on a hike through the woods at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We started by walking through Crazy Man Tim's field of pine trees.

The weather and sky were beautiful as we walked.
As we got to the edge of the woods the brush got prickly and tall for the girls. Theia made it about five feet past where this picture was taken before I escorted her back to grandma and grandpa's house.
Xandra was more adventurous and continued on into the woods and adjoining corn field.
It wasn't a long hike, but I think Joe and Xandra enjoyed themselves, just the same.
